This rigorous power flow is a great midday boost & an efficient way to build yoga into your day. The sequencing and intensity is similar to our Hot Power but in an unheated room.

WARM VINYASA

Vinyasa flow, characterized by the fluid movement from one pose to the next led by breath,  offers a more intense cardio with an opportunity to drop into longer holds that relax and quiet the mind.  This class will give you the perfect balance of effort and ease.
All Experience Levels

HOT POWER

Powerful flows designed to build strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and mental clarity. By training your mind & body to remain calm and fluid on the mat, you will build that skill to use off your mat in everyday life.   Our Hot Power classes are intended to challenge your body & advance your yoga practice.
We suggest previous yoga experience.

YIN

Yin poses are held for 1 - 10 minutes and therapeutically target the connective tissue and joints. The long holds influence the body’s meridians, opening the hips, pelvis and spine. The work in the yin practice is also a meditative awareness of any sensation in the experience of the form.

TEEN YOGA CLASSES

Our teen classes are designed for our 6th through 12th graders who want to explore yoga as a physical fitness accelerator and stress reducer in the midst of their peers.  This class is designed for all levels of yoga experience and teens are encouraged to bring their friends! This is a teen class only for middle school and high school students.
