The more you invest in your yoga practice, the more you will receive in your life. We suggest rolling out your mat at least 3x a week, balancing more intense Flow classes with subtler Yin & Restorative sessions to care for your whole self.
And while we believe that 3 times a week is a sweet spot, a little yoga often is better than a lot of yoga infrequently. Do what you can, when you can. As you integrate yoga into your wellness toolbox, you will likely find that your desire to practice expands naturally.
