Beth has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has picked up the following tools to help along the way: E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP, TCTSY-F, MSW. She completed her RYT 200 in 2013 and RYT 500 in 2017 from Brooke Hamblet Teacher Training School in Fort Worth, Texas. She has taught yoga with all ages of children (preschool to adolescents) as well as adults, including all levels restorative, yin, chair yoga, slow flow, trauma-informed/sensitive, and Baptiste power vinyasa. She has taught community classes for breast cancer survivors, students who are visually impaired / blind and weekly trauma-informed classes in the mental health community including adolescent and adult crisis residential units, adolescent and adult male addiction recovery units, and mental health outpatient clinics/community centers. Off the mat, her hobbies include being a tourist in whatever town she finds herself in and trying activities she hasn't experienced before, strolling through plant nurseries engaging staff in conversation about permaculture, and laughing spontaneously, sometimes so loudly it can cause people to move seats in restaurants.
